Cloud Sites Infrastructure - UK Performance Issues – uk12.tmd.cloud

** FIXED ** Our system administrators team along with the data center specialists have confirmed the issue as permanently resolved. However, in case you notice some issue with your hosting services, please do not hesitate to contact our technical support team via your client area.


Our system administrators have detected temporary performance issues with one of our hosting servers located in UK. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and will update this status as soon as we have more information on the matter.

Shared Hosting Infrastructure - UK Unscheduled emergency maintenance

UPDATE: The networking device was replaced with brand new one and the server is back up and running correctly. We will continue monitoring the performance of the server and the corresponding networking device ensuring the best possible performance is delivered.

We are currently performing an unscheduled emergency maintenance on the networking switch of uk12.tmd.cloud. The maintenance was required due to the unstable performance of the networking device for the past 24 hours.

The service will be resumed shortly. Stay tuned for updates.
